EAATS:

Greetings from the EAATS at Fort Indiantown Gap, home of the first UH-1 SFTS entrusted to the National Guard.
(The old device finally shut down earlier this year.)

Flight simulators, especially local simulators that are easily accessible, are absolutely wonderful tools for honing aviator skills. All the best with your efforts.

  • Thanks John. Our Best regards.

General McChrystal had his current assessment of the tactical situation of Afghanistan on the President's desk since the end of June of this year. As of this date, the President hasn't made a decision on what to do, if anything, about McChrystal's report. As a retired combat veteran myself, I have often wondered how many of our troops would be alive today since then or unhurt by enemy action if they had been supported as General McChrystal recommends?
